Alfred Osborne, Jr. PH.D
Dr. Osborne is a Senior Associate Dean and a Professor of Global Economics and Management in The UCLA Anderson School of Management; and is a Founder and Faculty Director of The Harold & Pauline Price Center for Entrepreneurial Studies. He has also served as an Assistant Dean, Director of the MBA Program, and Chairman of the Business Economics Faculty group at UCLA. Dr. Osborne serves as a Director of Kaiser Aluminum Corporation, Nuverra Environmental Solutions (formerly The Heckmann Corporation), and First Pacific Advisors Crescent, New Income Capital and International Value Funds. He was a director of Emak Worldwide, Nordstrom, K2, First Interstate Bank, Times Mirror Company, Greyhound Lines and United States Filter among others. Dr. Osborne is an advisor to InnoCal Ventures, Rustic Canyon Group, Vincente Capital Partners, and was formerly a Trustee of the WM Group of Funds, and an independent general partner of Technology Funding Venture Partners V.

Eric Wedbush
Eric Wedbush has been investing in and advising private and public middle market companies for over twenty years. Currently, Mr. Wedbush directs WEDBUSH's investment activities, oversees its strategic initiatives, and serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Wedbush's investment experience includes leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth equity, negotiated investments into public companies, and venture capital. His specific industry experience and focus includes consumer products and services, basic manufacturing, financial services, environmental and specialty retailing. Prior to joining WEDBUSH in 2000, Mr. Wedbush spent ten years as an executive with Wedbush Securities in the Equity Capital Markets Group, most recently as the Director of Equity Research. Prior to his role as Director of Research, Mr. Wedbush was a Managing Director of Investment Banking where he advised middle market companies and institutional investors on equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts. Mr. Wedbush began his private equity career with Wedbush Capital Partners, an institutional investment partnership where he completed several management buyouts and growth financings for lower middle market companies. Eric holds an M.B.A. from The Anderson School at University of California, Los Angeles. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University. Eric currently serves on the Boards of WEDBUSH, Inc., Wedbush Securities, Wedbush Bank, Lime Brokerage, The UCLA Anderson School of Management Price Center Board of Advisors, and is a board observer of BATS Trading. Additionally, he serves as a Managing Director of both Wedbush Capital Partners and Wedbush Opportunity Partners.

Edward Wedbush
Edward Wedbush is Founder and President of Wedbush Securities, and is the Founder and Chairman of WEDBUSH, Inc. He currently holds membership positions on the Regional Firms Committee of SIFMA and Board of Trustees for University of Cincinnati Foundation. In 2004, Mr. Wedbush was recipient of the Lifetime Achievement in Entrepreneurship Award from the University of Cincinnati, and in 2006, was awarded Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year for Greater Los Angeles. He has held Membership positions on the SIFMA (formerly SIA) Board of Directors, Nominating Committee of National Securities Clearing Corporation, and was Chairman of the NYSE Regional Firms Advisory Committee, as well as the Board of Directors of The Pacific Stock Exchange. Mr. Wedbush holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Bertram Zweig
Mr. Zweig is a business consultant and adviser. He practiced corporation finance law as an Administrative Partner with Jones Day Reavis & Pogue, and as Counsel to Kaye Scholer LLP. He graduated from University of Pennsylvania (A.B. 1956) and Columbia Law School (J.D. 1962). Mr. Zweig's law practice was concentrated in the Technology Issues Practice and business and securities laws. Mr. Zweig is an adjunct Professor at Pepperdine Law School.
